The 2026 Spelling Bee was held on February 4, 2026 with several HP students in 1st through 8th grades competing.
Mikayla Castaneda is the Spelling Bee Winner and Austin McCaffrey is the Runner Up for the 1st-3rd Grade Spelling Bracket.
Elliott Douglas is the Winner and Ainsley Einspahr is the Runner-Up for the 4th-8th Grade Spelling Bracket.
All students did a great job this year. Congratulations to our Spelling Bee Champs and Good Luck to Elliott Douglas who will be representing Hi-Plains in the next round of the Spelling Bee! Great Job Patriots!
