If you (middle school or high school 6th grade-12th grade) are planning to play and participate in any sports (Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Track or Golf) for the school year 2026-2027 you will need a sports physical signed and completed by a doctor, and turned into the school or the athletic director by the first day of practice.
