The Kit Carson County Health Department will be in the building the morning of Wednesday April 23, 2025 for immunizations for Seniors and the 6th grade. Meningococcal ACWY, Tdap (Tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) will be offered. Please have your forms filled out with payment.

It was a great day for Patriot Track!! Congrats to the girls team for finishing 2nd overall at the Tiger Invitational in Cheyenne Wells!


A new record!!! The boys 4x200 broke their own school record today!!! Congrats to Rhilin, Aiden, Ian, and Gabe!!


Easter Egg Hunt for Crawlers through 6th grade this Saturday, April 19th from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Lunch is at noon for everyone.


Thursday, April 17th is the annual elementary bike rodeo. The Kit Carson County Sheriff's Department will be here to teach bike safety. The Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital has donated bicycle helmets for all 1st grade students. The Rodeo will start after lunch and be done by the end of the school day. Bikes will need to be brought to the school the morning of April 17th and picked up that afternoon. Thank you to everyone involved in this event!


Another great day of track and another school record broken. This time it was the Girls 4X100!!!!!! Congrats to Trista H., Daphne H., Brianna R., and Cambria S.


Next week is the start for spring assessments. Third through 8th graders will take the CMAS tests, which are aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards. Ninth and 10th-graders will take the PSAT and 11th-graders will take the SAT (11th-graders also take CMAS science). If you have questions, please contact the school office or Ms. Brubacher.
